Rand Show Confirms Absa As The Show’s Banking Partner For 2023

The Rand Show has announced that banking giant, Absa, is the official bank partner for this year’s event.

Absa will sponsor a R50 000 cash prize for the winning SMME stand at the show. All SMMEs who book a stand in Hall 7 will be automatically entered into the competition being held on 5 April.

In addition to the grand prize, Absa is giving exhibitors an opportunity to trade using the bank’s merchant point-of-sale devices with free device rental, low transactional costs, and direct settlement of trading funds to a transactional account.

The bank will also be sharing important payment option information, as well as funding options at the SMME Summit.

Hosted annually at Johannesburg’s Expo Centre during the Easter holiday, The Rand Show is by far largest consumer exhibition in South Africa. The show remains the country’s most iconic consumer event that has entertained generations of families for 125 years.
