Property billionaire, Rali Mampeule, explains how malls will look like in the future

Rali Mampeule started his career in 2000 as a self employed roadside hawker selling boerewors rolls, while studying through Unisa.

It was there that he caught the attention of property mogul Charles Everitt who offered him a position as an assistant Real Estate agent at Chas Everitt International Property Group in Brynston.

The rest is history, Rali went on to become a property billionaire.

2 years ago, he was a guest on GQ South Africa where the Editor-in-chief, Nkosiyati Khumalo, asked him, “what’s the next big thing in real estate??”…..here’s what he had to say:
