UFC parent-company William Morris Endeavor has purchased majority rights to the WWE and will create a new publicly-owned company comprised of the UFC and WWE.
The new company will be led by Ari Emanuel, Vince McMahon and Mark Shapiro. Dana White will remain as President of the UFC.

I, along with the current WWE management team, look forward to working closely with Ari and the Endeavor and UFC teams to take the businesses to the next level.”
