What the dated evidence establishes

Checking the month you are asking about
Start with the official SASSA SRD portal. Match the month shown there to the month of the payment you are querying. Keep a record of the status and any payment information rather than assuming a date from another applicant’s screenshot applies to your application.
An article’s publication date, the date an application was assessed and a credit on a bank statement are not the same event. If a payment is missing, record which of those you have actually checked. Avoiding errors when following old advice
Use current official instructions for banking changes, identity verification and appeals. Do not reuse an old deadline or collection method simply because it appears in a 2025 article. Never provide a PIN or one-time password to someone claiming that a fee will release a grant. If you need assistance, obtain the contact channel from SASSA’s own website.
For a payment enquiry, prepare the month, the status recorded by SASSA and the bank or payment evidence available to you. Share personal identifying information only through the official process. A promised payment window is not proof that a specific account received money.
